PART B: PERSONAL DATA

Personal information submitted to us via this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website.
We may use your personal information to:
(a) administer the website;
(b) improve your browsing experience by personalising the website;

(g) send you email notifications which you have requested;
(h) send to you other electronic & digital notifications via device based applications and software

We use the Slack application as a communications tool and Docebo cloud software as a service as a learning management system. We may also use Skype as a communications tool and other applications which integrate with the above, to deliver our services to you.

Where you make a request for Reboot services, we will also pass to the eaga Trust only the information required to verify your eaga Trust membership.
Where we pass your personal data to the eaga Trust, the Trust will be a data contoller in respect of that data (in addition to us continuing to be a data controller in respect of that data). (6) Other disclosures
We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy.

We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.
