Make it about the people we help – we are different because we work with what presents itself in the moment. A standard approach that will help everyone is nonsense.
Help people to find their way – we show people how to find the answers for themselves. If we tell someone the answer, it probably won’t stick and was therefore not the right answer at all.
Be great role models – we work hard to walk our talk. It would be woefully hypocritical to guide people along paths that we don’t tread ourselves.
Care for the business to care for people – we care about our business. It is reliant upon the team making good decisions, and if we fail it, then we impact the number of people we can help.
